Trackyourmed will help you remember the time you should take your medications with an alarm that will notify you at the time set by your doctor.

When the alarm sounds, patients must scan the QR code provided by their doctor that identifies the medication unambiguously.

From the point of view of the doctors they will be able to verify the frequency with which their patients take the medication.
